Potential Sponsor/Donor,
On June
4th 2005 we are hosting our 10th annual golf tournament, with proceeds benefiting
Heart House of Dallas. We are
currently seeking sponsors and donors to help make this year's event
a big success for the children in the Heart House program. You
may direct questions about this organization to either tournament
co-host Mark Watkins or Heart House Executive
Director Suzanne Kiefer.
You will
be making a TAX DEDUCTIBLE contribution to a 501(c) organization.
Your check will be
made out
directly to Heart House, and they will provide
you with a receipt. Check with your Accountant for tax
considerations.
Sponsorships

Each participating sponsor will be acknowledged in our publicity
material, at the awards dinner following the tournament, and any
media coverage of the event for major sponsors. If you
are interested in becoming a sponsor for the golf tournament, please
send us an email indicating
your interest and what level you desire to donate at. The total of all
proceeds from the tournament are donated directly to The Heart
House program.
Raffle
Prizes
We are also looking for businesses to donate merchandise or services
for our event. All items donated will be raffled off at the awards
dinner following the golf tournament. All proceeds from the raffle
go directly to Heart House. If you would like to make a raffle prize
