The Team Password and the first row which contains player 1 information are required. We reserve the right to complete your team if you cannot fill all your player spots.

Team Password: This is the password that you will be required to supply if you wish to make changes to your team at a later date via the "view teams" page. You will receive an email confirming the password as well as your team information.

HDCP: Please supply a handicap for each player. All handicaps must be received and approved prior to the tournament. If you don't have a number for the player skip it for now, or see the handicaps page for some guidelines.
